Data retention

AutoReply collects data for the requirements of carrying out its contractual obligations as well as information about how and when you use our Service. After AutoReply account cancellation all the data within this account are due to be deleted in 60 days period time. At the same time, personal data of customers could be retained longer as it needed for providing a legal and financial trace of past operations up to the time required by law.

Data Deletion

AutoReply ensures that all users are able to delete their accounts on demand. This includes the deletion of related data. Users can ask to delete your account right contacting us. • Data Transfer Policy:
  • We do not transfer user data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to third-party AI tools, except as necessary to provide the requested services to the user.

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information related to the Site usage.
