By selecting a monthly subscription, you agree to pay AutoReply the monthly fees indicated for that service. Monthly subscriptions fees are non-refundable. The subscription or purchase fee will be specified on your invoice. Unless you notify AutoReply before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel, the subscription will renew automatically. AutoReply reserves the right to adjust the rate at renewal time. You authorize us to collect the then-applicable monthly fee using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you. When you purchase a monthly AutoReply plan, you are issued credits and recipients according to your plan at the start of the billing period that lasts 30 days. All unused credits and recipients are annulled at the end of these 30 days and do not roll over to the next billing period.

Marketing

By creating an account, you grant AutoReply a perpetual worldwide license to use your company's name and logo(s) for the sole purpose of AutoReply’s marketing and sales efforts, such as listing you as a AutoReply customer on the Website. You may revoke this license at any time by notifying AutoReply via email.
